Zakvasochniki are designed for the production of sour-milk products and beverages and for the preparation of industrial leaven on pure cultures of lactic acid bacteria by pasteurisation of milk, its fermentation and cooling of the leaven. Zakvassochniki brands OZU consist of a thermally insulated tank. To fill the inner bath of the leavening tank with milk there is a spigot, and to drain - outlet valve Du50. Milk in the bath of leavener is stirred by a stirrer, rotating from the drive. Sanitisation of the inner surface of the leavener is carried out through the washing head.
The body of leavening tanks is made of food grade stainless steel AISI 304, lining - material AISI 430 (corrosion-resistant steel).
