The sealing gaskets made of thermally expanded graphite (TRG) on a wave metal base (PUTGm) are designed to seal flange joints of valves, pipelines, vessels, apparatuses, pumps, engines, turbines and other similar equipment used in thermal power engineering, nuclear power facilities, chemical, petrochemical, oil production, oil refining, gas, shipbuilding, aviation, medical, food and other industries. The wave base provides excellent compensation for irregularities, misalignments, flange flatness and uneven tightening. PUTGm, depending on the materials from which they are made, are suitable for operation at pressure up to 40 MPa and temperature up to plus 1000 C (depending on the working medium, in inert media up to plus 2000 C).
