Description

The ПКВ М25×1.5 (13–18 mm) is a hermetically sealed plastic cable gland manufactured by SNV LLC (Magnito-Kontakt brand) at its facility in Ryazan, Russia. Designed to route flexible AC and DC cable lines into electrical distribution enclosures, control panels, and process-automation housings, it protects the entry point against moisture, dust, and mechanical damage.

The body and clamping nut are injection-moulded from polyamide, and the internal sealing element is produced from rubber compound 3063 (TU 38-1051082-86). Tightening the locking nut — fitted with an anti-loosening stop mechanism — compresses the gasket radially around cables from 13 to 18 mm in diameter and anchors them against pull-out.

The mounting thread is metric M25×1.5 with a 15 mm entry passage. Rated IP66/IP68 per GOST 14254-2015 (IEC 60529:2013) and climate class УХЛ1, the gland operates across −40 °C to +80 °C.
