The VORTEXPROM CMD5 machine is designed to realise the patented technology of "cold" flow mixing of lubricating oils. CMD stands for Cold Mix Device and the catalyst for the mixing process in the classical production of commercial lubricating oils is the temperature rise.
In the reactor zone of the VORTEXPROM CMD5, other processes take place that catalyse the mixing reaction. The main ones are: hydrodynamic cavitation, intensive grinding and mixing in the flow (at which the contact area of the mixed components with base oils instantly increases), acoustic cavitation, creation of high local pressure on the material, local temperature increase when cavitation bubbles collapse, electromagnetic treatment. The flow mixing process takes place in a closed type system.
This process is environmentally friendly for both humans and the surrounding environment.
