The Model 404.2 is a tabletop screw-rotation rehabilitation trainer produced by DVM LLC (ООО НПП «ДВМ»), a Russian manufacturer of mechanical rehabilitation equipment based in Yekaterinburg. Sold under the company's «Я Могу!» ("I Can!") brand, the device is a certified medical product registered as a "Set of Mechanical Trainers" under certificate РУ № РЗН 2018/6858 dated 22 February 2018, manufactured in accordance with TU 9444-001-91079148-2016.
