Professional two-speed dough kneading machine with hydraulic tilter, with the possibility of intensive kneading at increased speed for kneading wheat, rye-wheat, rye dough and dough for confectionery products. It is intended for industrial intensive operation in 1-3-shift mode at the enterprises of bakery and confectionery industry. It is produced with semi-automatic control system.
The kneaded dough is unloaded by tipping the dough-mixing part of the machine and subsequent rotation of the kneading organ and bowl. The dough mixing machine combines wide technological possibilities of intensive kneading and mechanised unloading of ready dough, which allows using 330 litre pans in the process of dough preparation. It is possible to use the machines with an optional opara loader.
The use of the loader allows to speed up the process of loading of opara in comparison with traditional dough loaders.
