Description

Mobile complexes for in-line diagnostics of main gas pipelines (MKOR) are designed for construction of launching and receiving units of in-line cleaning, diagnostics, sealing and separating devices (SOD) of linear part of gas pipelines, looping, bends for gas pipelines with nominal bore from DN 150 to DN 1400 inclusive and nominal pressure PN from 0.6 to 16 MPa.
The design of MKOR provides for foundation-free installation on a planned site or directly in a trench and provides for installation and dismantling of the complex in route conditions.
Designated service life of MKOR is 30 years.
The guaranteed service life of the ICDS is 24 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 36 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer.
ICOR, as well as its components (preservative greases, paint coatings, etc.) comply with the technical conditions of TU 3689-041-00153229-2016 and, if the operating conditions are met, do not endanger health....
