Description

The manual LED spotlight "Ekoton-8P" hereinafter referred to as "spotlight" is designed for individual use in the border guard services of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation. Distinctive features of the searchlight consist in low weight and overall dimensions, the ability to work in heavy rain, power supply from built-in lithium-ion batteries, high reliability and service life. Structurally, the spotlight is made in the form of a classic hand lamp of cylindrical shape, moulded from impact-resistant plastic.

The light source is an LED lamp. A reflector is used to form the beam. The power source is a sealed lithium-ion battery.

Light control, protection against battery over-voltage and protection against deep discharge is provided by a programmable electronic module. The spotlight is switched on by a rotary ring with a built-in magnet (switch). The spotlight is hermetically sealed and has a non-disassembled design that does not require repair or replacement.
