Isolating monolithic coupling (electrically insulating insert) is a non-disconnectable pipeline product that provides electrical separation of the pipeline. The product is able to absorb not only high internal pressure (standard version up to 40 MPa) and its fluctuations, but also bending and torque moments, as well as their combinations arising on the pipeline section during its operation. The structure of conventional designation of insulating monolithic coupling produced in accordance with the requirements of TU 3647-006-93719333-2009: IMM-XXXX-YYYY-ZZ, where
IMM - designation of electrically insulating insert (coupling) accepted by the manufacturer;
??? - external diameter of the connected pipeline in mm, it is determined by the customer according to the questionnaire in the range from 12 to 1422 mm;
YYY - working pressure in MPa, it is determined by the customer according to the questionnaire in the range from 0,05 to 40 MPa;
ZZ - climatic execution (? or ??).
