Description

The АЭК-ДСП35-1-Ex FR is a linear explosion-proof and fire-resistant LED luminaire produced by AEC LLC (AECLight), a Russian industrial lighting manufacturer active since 2010. Built on a slim aluminum profile, the fixture combines two key certifications in a single unit: explosion protection marking 1ExmbIIC T6 Gb / 1ExmbIIC T6 Gb X, permitting installation in hazardous zones Class 1 and 2 per GOST IEC 60079-10-1-2013 for gas groups IIA, IIB, and IIC; and fire-resistant construction through a 4 mm tempered silicate glass diffuser rated for fire hazard premises П-I, П-II, П-IIа, and П-III.

Interior compartments are potted with a special encapsulating compound to achieve maximum electrical isolation. Illumination is provided by Samsung LEDs with a Д120 beam distribution, offering up to 8,320 lm at 60 W from the fixture aperture.

The power supply is manufactured by Argos (Russia); MeanWell and other OEM drivers can be specified on request. The series spans five nominal wattages from 12 W to 60 W, carries IP67 ingress protection, and is classified as climate class УХЛ1.

The 36 W variant (900 mm length) shows the slim aluminum-profile body with the 4 mm tempered silicate glass diffuser running the full length; Д120 beam optics is integrated directly behind the glass.
