Other parts for the equipment: Rotor with grinding blades - the main working organ of the mill-fan is made under the Customer's order. It is used for grinding lignite coal to pulverised state. The rotor is cantilevered on the tapered surface of the bearing block shaft. The rotor consists of main and covering discs with main blades between them.
The main vanes are bolted to the main and covering discs. Grinding blades are fixed on the main blades by means of slats. Ventilation blades are installed on the outer surfaces of the main and covering discs. To protect the main disc from wear and for more uniform distribution of fuel on the surface of the grinding blade, a baffle is installed on the main disc.
The rotor is fixed on the shaft of the bearing block by means of a mounting unit consisting of a flange fixed on the shaft and clamping bolts. The mounting assembly is closed with a protective cover.
