Description

Designed for deposition of spherical microspheres of drilling mud (SMBR). Used as part of drilling rigs/systems designed for construction, workover, development and testing of oil and gas wells.

The circulation system is divided into 2 blocks: Tanks 1 and 2 with a pumping compartment, designed for technological operations on gravity sedimentation of SMBR, has ACS equipment, manholes for sludge cleaning. The main technological shut-off valves have electric actuator, which minimises and optimises the working labourLocal automation system has Siemens SIMATIC DP1510SP-1 controller and SIMATIC ET200SP input/output modules.

I/O station provides signal reception from instrumentation devices and frequency converters, signal transmission to the controller. Provided control of shut-off valves and frequency converters.For convenience, control cabinets in the pumping compartment Maintaining the t of the working fluid in the tanks with the help of heating electric cables and t sensor.
