Thermally Expanded Graphite Gaskets (TEGG) are made of reinforced or unreinforced graphite material (MGL). They are an excellent replacement for gaskets made of paronite and foreign non-asbestos gasket materials, demonstrating better parameters in terms of operating temperature, compressibility/recoverability, chemical inertness, ability to seal defective flanges.
PUTG gaskets are used in nuclear and thermal power engineering, chemical, petrochemical, oil refining, oil production, gas, shipbuilding, aviation, medical, food and other industries at pressure up to 25 MPa and temperature up to plus 1000 C (depending on the working medium, in inert media up to plus 2000 C). They are intended for sealing flange joints of valves, pipelines, vessels, apparatuses, pumps, engines, turbines and other similar equipment.
