Lantern signal-lighting "Ekoton-10" is intended for giving light signals and local illumination at the enterprises of the Russian Railways (for conductors of cars, station duty officers, train drivers, etc.), paramilitary guards, traffic police officers, airports, small river vessels and for any household purposes. The lantern is carried by means of a special handle and a strap fixed on the hand.
The lantern is made of impact-resistant plastic in the form of a cylindrical body with an original handle. As a light source are used powerful lamps on light-emitting diodes of white, red, green light.
The lamps are switched on selectively by means of a button (white light) and a two-position toggle switch with a middle position.
