Tsol cyclones are designed for capturing coarse grain dust in aspiration installations of elevators. Centrifugal dust separator (cyclone) COL captures coarse dust with particle size more than 125 microns: sawdust, weeds, grain dust and other impurities, and is not intended for capturing sticky and fibrous dusts.
The peculiarity of the design of the CLC is the presence of anti-suction cone device, which serves for regulation of pressure value in the inlet pipe of the cyclone, working on the discharge. The efficiency of capturing coarse grain dust is 95-98%.
In case of excessive pressure loss and when the cyclone is operating on discharge, the anti-suction cone device can be dismantled.
