BTSH cyclones are designed for collecting medium dispersed dust in pneumatic conveying systems and aspiration installations (for example, in grain cleaning departments of flour, cereal and fodder mills).
Bread receiving and grain processing plants. Enterprises of food industry and agriculture.
Degree of purification 98-98,5%. Air inlet velocity 16-18 m/s.
Working principle:
Dusty air through the inlet spigot enters the BCSH cyclone and receives rotary screw-shaped, motion. Dust particles under the action of centrifugal force are pressed against the walls of cyclones, lose speed and roll down into the collecting cone.
With the help of the sluice gate unit the collected dust is discharged into the dust duct, and the cleaned air is discharged from the cyclones upwards or sideways into the cleaned air duct through the exhaust pipes of cyclones and the collection box.
