Description

The VP-750.3 small pitch BGA and SMD component video aligner is designed for comfortable and accurate alignment of BGAs with the landing place on the PCB. Optical system with video camera and lens. Exchangeable vacuum hangers. Manual vacuum tweezers. Ring illumination. 4-axis system with micrometric screws.

Control unit. Transport system. SOFTWARE. Optional gravity clamping. BGA size from 5x5mm up to 40x40mm (50x50 by additional agreement). PCB size max.

360x300 mm (other dimensions are possible). Accuracy of movements on axes X Y Z 0.01 mm. Video camera resolution 2048x1536 pixels (3.1 megapixels). Video display speed up to 8 - 10 frames per second (depends on the quality of the computer). Overall dimensions of the product 1700x600x500 mm.
