Description

The single module clamping device is used for fast, precise positioning and clamping of the tooling or workpiece. The device consists of one functional clamping module, a base element in the form of a flange, a locking pin, a quick-connect air connection and a key. The clamping force of the workpiece to be clamped in the functional module is 12000 N.

Clamping force of the workpiece to be clamped in the function module with Turbo function 30000 N. Repeatability of the position of the workpiece to be clamped in the base unit with an accuracy of at least 0.005 mm. Outer diameter of the device is 190 mm.

Overall height of the device 66 mm. The distance from the lower plane of the base element to the upper plane of the functional modules is 60 mm. Clamping of the clamped item is carried out by three cams of the functional module.
