The VO-60 (model VO-60.22241) is a 60 kg industrial batch washing and spin-extraction machine manufactured by АО «Вяземский машиностроительный завод» (VMZ), Russia's foremost producer of professional laundry equipment, based in Vyazma, Smolensk Region. This fully automatic machine handles both washing and high-speed centrifugal spin-extraction in a single unit, achieving residual moisture of no more than 50% — eliminating the need for a separate centrifuge and reducing the laundry footprint.
The stainless-steel inner drum measures 1060 mm in diameter by 690 mm deep, giving a geometric volume of 600 dm³. At spin-out the drum reaches 712 rpm (G-factor 300), while during washing it operates at a gentle 34.4–39 rpm.
Control is delivered via an INVT touchscreen controller supporting up to 999 programmable wash cycles storable on an external device. A variable-frequency drive ensures smooth drum acceleration and deceleration, protecting fabrics and the mechanical assembly.
The spring-suspended frame absorbs dynamic loads and minimises floor vibration, making above-ground-floor installation feasible. Nine integrated outputs connect liquid detergent dosing pumps directly to the machine controller, requiring no additional control hardware.
Both cold and hot water inlets are standard, and specific water consumption is no more than 17 L/kg. The electric-heated version draws 30 kW for heating and 11 kW for the drive on a 400 V, three-phase supply, with a specific energy consumption of 0.31 kWh/kg.
