TDV pumps are the result of modernisation of DPV type pumps.
The purpose of modernisation is to replace obsolete units with modern high-tech components, which allows to increase the service life of the pump unit, reduce maintenance and repair costs. Both synchronous and asynchronous electric motors can be used as a drive, which do not absorb the axial hydraulic load from the weight of the pump rotor. The torque from the electric motor is transmitted by means of an elastic coupling. In the upper part of the pump there is a thrust-radial bearing unit, in which a roller thrust-radial rolling bearing is mounted, which supports both axial and radial loads. The bearing is lubricated with liquid lubricant (oil bath).
