The ?Variant? inverters contain pull-out rectifier and inverter modules that provide convenient maintenance and redundancy through the use of modules connected in parallel. If one module fails, the drive can continue to operate at reduced power after the faulty module is disconnected. The modules are designed so that they can be replaced by operating personnel without the use of lifting and transport equipment.
At the customer's request, various configurations of converters with modules from other manufacturers are possible.
modules from other manufacturers. Rectifier and inverter modules are placed in rectifier and inverter section cabinets, the dimensions of which are determined by the converter capacity. In addition, the inverter contains an input cabinet with protective and switching equipment.
A typical set of optional equipment includes I/O expansion modules and Fieldbus modules, EMC filters, and a pulse encoder interface module.
