Mixer is designed for mixing under vacuum minced meat, as well as for salting meat meal in pieces weighing 0.5 kg. It is designed to load 200 litres of raw material (standard 200 litre trolley). Vacuuming of minced meat allows to remove air, as a result of which the level of microbiological contamination of raw materials is significantly reduced, colour and consistency are improved. The degree of filling increases.
It provides: densification of the product, increase of moisture binding, increase of colour fastness of the final product. The agitator has 2 (two) motor-reducers, for each screw separately, through which the rotation of screws mixing minced meat is carried out. Screws rotation is possible in direct and reversible direction. The body, augers and agitator bowl are made of stainless steel.
End discharge through a hatch, no tilting of the bowl is required. The augers can be spiral or paddle augers, optional. Can be equipped with: frequency controllers, touch screen control panel, reinforced augers, loader.
