Description

DETERMINAL is a fundamentally new domestic platform designed to measure the characteristics of imported and domestically produced ECBs in the temperature range of 60 ... +125 0C.The platform consists of: a device, which provides cooling or heating of the component to a given temperature, and measuring instruments, providing the removal of electrical characteristics of components. Measuring instruments can be developed specifically for the Determinal platform or existing testers and measuring instruments from different manufacturers can be used.The system based on the universal DETERMINAL platform consists of a temperature module, an adapter device, a measuring instrument and a computer with software to coordinate the entire system.
