The curd bath is the main element of a traditional curd production line. It is usually used together with press trolleys and other equipment to cool and press the finished curd. Used curd bath in the dairy industry and is designed for heating normalised milk to the temperature of introduction of starter, milk squashing in the process of formation, cooling of curd clot, to obtain curd from milk with the subsequent separation of whey in the bath self-pressing.
