The TLP-4M-030 is a Class 4 heavy-duty crawler forestry tractor manufactured by Sibir-Tehnika LLC, a Barnaul-based specialist in tracked industrial machinery that supplies equipment to Russia's state forestry protection organizations. Unlike purpose-built single-function tractors, the TLP-4M-030 is engineered specifically as a universal high-mobility base chassis: its structural frame readily accepts a wide range of mounted equipment, including drilling rigs, crane-manipulators rated up to 25 tonnes, pile-driving systems, trench excavators, mobile welding aggregates, and passenger living modules, from both Russian and international manufacturers.
The running gear uses a semi-rigid lever-balance suspension with four bogies and 500 or 600 mm cast-link tracks, delivering an average ground pressure of just 0.033 MPa — critical for operation on the soft soils and peat bogs common throughout Siberian forests. The powertrain pairs a four-stroke diesel engine rated at 110 kW (150 hp) with a mechanical four-speed gearbox and reverse reducer, giving eight forward and four reverse speeds, a working pace of 4.36 km/h, and a road transport speed of 10.23 km/h.
Ground clearance stands at 537 mm, the tractor fords water up to 0.8 m deep and tackles slopes up to 25°, while the all-metal, sound-and-vibration-insulated cab — available in single-, two-, or three-seat configurations — keeps the operator comfortable in Siberia's demanding climate. A factory-fitted liquid diesel pre-heater ensures reliable cold-start performance.
Operating mass is 12,085 kg.
