Transformers power three-phase dry-type transformers with air-barrier monolith insulation with capacity 500-4000 kVA; for voltage classes 6,10 kV The winding of "air-barrier monolith" type is made in layers, between which there are air gaps and has the shape of a cylinder (ring). Each layer is a wire in polymer insulation, braided with glass fibre and impregnated with a special varnish. Such a layer is a monolithic ring of high strength. Air has uniform access to the entire winding. The winding is effectively cooled in any mode. In general, the layout of transformers is classical. The magnetoconductor is of rod construction, drawn, made of high quality electrical steel. The rods are pressed with glass tape bands, the yarms are pressed with yarm beams with studs. MAIN ADVANTAGES:
1) Highest mechanical strength and resistance to short circuit currents. GOST R 52719-2007 p.6.4.1.
2) Heating resistance class of wire insulation 200 (200°C)....
