The 040103BT is a telescopic folding boarding ladder with four black anti-slip steps, designed and manufactured in Russia by TechnoMarin (POSEIDON LLC) for motorboats, RIBs and yachts. The ladder is built from polished stainless steel tubing with plastic fittings; nested tube sections of 38, 32, 25 and 19 mm diameter slide into one another, so the ladder collapses from a full working length of 1030 mm down to a compact 430 mm package.
It mounts horizontally to a transom or swim platform via two stainless brackets with 11 mm bolt holes, and the manufacturer's dimensional drawing specifies a 320 mm overall width, 260 mm step width and a uniform 275 mm step pitch for comfortable, predictable climbing out of the water. Each rung carries a black moulded step pad for secure footing with wet feet.
Gross weight is just 4.33 kg, keeping the load on the transom low.
