PREPARED for the application of lateral gastrointestinal and interintestinal anastomoses, stitching of the digestive tract, lung and other operated organs with four-row sutures with a section along the two two two-row sutures, providing simultaneous suturing of the stump and cut-off part.
PRINCIPLE OF ACTION is based on compression to the gap stitching stitched tissue between the lips of the persistent and staple halves with subsequent stitching it with U-shaped metal staples. Staples, coming out of the grooves on the jaw of the staple half, pierce the layer of compressed fabric with their legs, and, falling into the wells on the jaw of the stop half, bend into a B-shape, firmly joining the fabric to be sewn.
