The ZVPM 1 Field System is a steel ground-mounted support structure engineered by OJSC Zavod Prodmash (Samara) for securing photovoltaic modules at utility-scale and commercial solar power plants. Manufactured to in-house standard STO 07525912-044-2023, the structure is built from high-strength structural steel grade C345 (09G2S) or better and receives a two-layer anti-corrosion system: a hot-dip zinc coating averaging 0.06 mm thickness is combined with an additional protective paint layer of equal thickness, together providing more than 25 years of outdoor durability.

Support-post height spans 1,000 to 3,154 mm, with a post spacing of 4,440 mm, accommodating a wide range of module layouts and ground-tilt requirements. Foundation is achieved by driving or screwing steel piles into the ground; installation on concrete blocks or a continuous slab is also available, making the system adaptable to varying soil conditions.
