Soft rollers for fixing the legs, a supportive backrest and adjustable seat allow athletes of any height to take a comfortable position and maintain it until the end of the approach. The development of the abdominal press is realised by overcoming the constant tension created by sports discs, which serve as weights, unlike weight-block trainers, where the resistance is formed by special tiles. You can change the weight by simply removing or adding pancakes.
