Designed for measuring time parameters of relays when relay windings are powered from an external voltage source of DC up to 10 A at voltage up to 240 V; AC up to 6 A with frequency of 50 Hz at voltage up to 380 V, as well as when the device is not connected to the external power supply of relay windings.
It is used to measure time parameters of various switching products (buttons, toggle switches, switches).
