Power supply unit is designed The unit is intended for power supply of ion source with power up to 1 KW used in vacuum coating units.

The power supply unit is equipped with:
- RS-485 interface for communication with a computer
- Modbus RTU control
- voltage stabilisation mode with current limitation
- fast current breakdown protection
- arc protection (programmable) on voltage reduction
