The ИДН-03 is a stationary neonatal intensive care incubator manufactured by UOMZ (Ural Optical and Mechanical Plant, JSC), a member of the Shvabe Holding and Rostec State Corporation and a long-standing producer of precision medical and optical equipment. The device is designed for nursing and intensive care of newborns — including critically premature infants from 500 grams — in ICUs, neonatal pathology departments, intensive care wards, and maternity hospitals.
At the core of the incubator is a microprocessor-based servo-control system that continuously regulates air temperature (30–37°C), skin temperature (34–37.5°C, adjustable in 0.1°C increments), relative humidity (20–95%), and oxygen concentration (21–75%). A unique air-circulation design keeps the microclimate stable even when access ports are opened, which is critical during active bedside procedures.
The integrated weighing system measures infant body mass from 20 g to 10 kg with automatic electronic leveling of the cradle before each reading; the transparent dome supports X-ray imaging without moving the patient. The child module travels 240 mm vertically for ergonomic positioning, while twelve dedicated tube and infusion ports streamline clinical workflows.
Monitoring data — including graphical trends for air and skin temperature, humidity, oxygen concentration, and body weight — is stored for up to seven days. A 360° alarm indicator, independent overheat protection, and startup self-diagnostics complete the safety architecture.
Power consumption is 650 W, warm-up takes 30 minutes, and the unit supports 72 hours of continuous operation. Overall dimensions are 1,650 × 750 × 1,100 mm (H × W × D), safety class IIb.
The ИДН-03 is registered in Russia's Industrial Product Registry under Government Resolution RF No. 719.
