KSPG with external refrigeration cycle is a set of technical and hardware-software means and carries out:
-receiving GHG from the external pipeline through the block of inlet cocks with a gas metering unit
-stabilisation of pressure in the pressure reducing unit (if necessary), its supply to the inlet of GHG compression units
-compressing it to pressure 20÷25 MPa, supplying it to the liquefaction unit via high-pressure pipeline
-preparation of compressed GHG to the quality suitable for liquefaction process in the moisture separator unit
-cooling of compressed GHG in the refrigeration unit block
- Liquefaction of GHG in the liquefaction unit and delivery of LNG to cryogenic storage tanks
-storage and dispensing of LNG through a discharge header into cryogenic transport tanks or into a tank container
-fuelling of vehicles using LNG as motor fuel
-automatic or manual operation control by means of the automated process control system.
-emergency shutdown in the event of an abnormal situation
