Description

The РэмТЭК.М.1000 is a multi-turn electric actuator manufactured by NPP TEK LLC (Scientific Production Enterprise Tomsk Electronics Company), a Tomsk-based Russian developer and producer of explosion-protected valve automation equipment for the oil, gas, metallurgical, and power industries. The M.1000 series delivers a maximum output torque of 1,000 Nm with an adjustable torque-shutdown range of 200–1,000 Nm, and is offered in three speed variants with maximum output speeds of 10, 20, and 48 rpm respectively.

A built-in reversing frequency or thyristor converter provides smooth variable-speed drive, enabling both slow-speed precision positioning and rapid shutdown on a safety system signal. The actuator is designed for driving gate and wedge valves (DN 25–1,200 mm) and other multi-turn pipeline valves in hazardous locations.
