The RELION SW-M-2G-8Poe+/480W-UPS-VT02 is a managed industrial outdoor IP switch engineered for high-density PoE video surveillance and network infrastructure in the harshest field conditions. Designed and manufactured in Russia by RELION LLC, the unit houses eight 10/100Base-TX PoE+ ports delivering up to 60 W per port with a total PoE budget of 480 W, allowing a full array of high-power cameras or other PoE devices to run from a single switch — no external injectors needed.
Two SFP Gigabit fiber uplinks push optical connectivity up to 50 km, while copper links reliably span 100 m. The galvanized steel body, finished with polymer-powder coating and sealed per GOST 14254 IP66, is built to withstand rain, snow, dust, and continuous operation across an extreme temperature range of −65 °C to +55 °C.
An integrated UPS module, backed by four 12 V 4.5 Ah batteries, sustains connected devices through mains outages and notifies operators of power events. Onboard surge and lightning protection guards both the switch and attached equipment, while a hardware watchdog autonomously detects and reboots hung cameras without any human intervention.
Full Web-based management, VLAN segmentation, and ring-topology support allow installers to build scalable and resilient multi-node networks. The switch holds a Russian Transport Security Certificate and ships with an 18-month operational warranty backed by free technical support from the manufacturer.
