The Manipulator is designed to work under operator control in a variety of industries for monotonous movement of products or tooling in space in confined areas. A lightweight, specialised industrial manipulation robot with six degrees of mobility provided by electromechanical actuators.
The robot has an operating radius of up to 950 mm and a payload capacity of up to 7 kg. The main advantage of the development is the possibility of extending the device modifications for the tasks of a particular type of production, ensuring long-term uninterrupted operation.
Positioning accuracy of the manipulator's working part is up to 0.1 mm. Specialised domestic software based on modern mathematical algorithms of precise positioning has been developed for manipulator control.
