Description

The capsule is placed in the chamber of KNM-05 and is designed to receive IR radiation and convert it into an electrical signal. The capsule consists of a base equipped with four insulators, an assembly for mounting and alignment of the infrared radiation receiver (bolometer) and a control module.

A bolometer temperature sensor (DTB) is located on the outside of the bolometer mounting assembly. The chamber control module (CCM) is an electronic unit placed in a steel case.

Weight, not more than: 0,7 kg. Overall dimensions WxHxH, not more: 115x120x115 mm.
