The bench is designed for installation of shut-off devices (valves) in cylinders for compressed natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas. The principle of operation of the stand is that the trolley with a cylinder fixed on it is installed on the stand.
A torque spanner is used to install the shut-off device into the cylinder. The use of a torque spanner allows the valve to be screwed in with a certain torque, guaranteeing the tightness of the connection.
The valve tightening force is controlled by the indicator head of the torque spanner. The availability of interchangeable adapters for different design of valves allows the installation of the valve of any size.Tested gas cylinders made in accordance with GOST 949-73, GOST 9731-79, car cylinders for compressed gas.
