Description

The complex provides a full range of operations of cylinder inspection:

evacuation of CNG from the vehicle cylinders and its return to the vehicle supply system;
degassing of cylinders with inert gas;
inspection of external and internal surfaces;
cleaning of the inner surface;
determination of mass and capacity;
hydraulic strength tests with volumetric deformation determination;
drying of the inner surface after hydrotesting;
cleaning of the cylinder surface from the old paint coating;
painting of cylinders;
testing of the cylinder and checking the tightness of the valve-balloon connection;
repair and testing of valves;
labelling of the cylinder after inspection.
