Description

The power supply unit BP ELI 353-3-1 is designed for power supply of electron-beam evaporator with ring cathode.

The unit is equipped with:

- front control panel

- integrated overcurrent protection system

- inbuilt breakdown protection system with automatic reclosing

- RS-485 interface for communication with a computer

- Modbus RTU protocol control
