The UMG E200C is a 20-tonne-class full-rotation single-bucket crawler hydraulic excavator produced by the Tver Excavator plant — part of AO EKSMASH (UMG Group), a Russian construction-equipment manufacturer with over a century of machine-building heritage and a cumulative output of more than 750,000 machines. The machine is built around a Bosch Rexroth LUDV-scheme hydraulic system delivering up to 320 bar working pressure and a combined pump output of 322 l/min, enabling unlimited simultaneous operation of all functions throughout the working cycle.
The monoblock working equipment is available with three arm lengths — 2,530 mm, 3,000 mm, or 3,600 mm — giving maximum digging depths of 6,190 mm, 6,660 mm, and 7,260 mm respectively, with a maximum digging radius of 10,230 mm on the long-arm option. Standard bucket capacity is 1.1 m³; the machine accepts buckets from 0.36 to 1.25 m³ and active attachments via an optional additional hydraulic distributor section.
Operating mass ranges from 19.3 to 21.4 tonnes depending on arm and track width. Track shoe width is selectable across 600, 800, 1,000, and 1,200 mm, reducing ground pressure from 0.46 down to 0.25 kg/cm².
A new Rosati (Italy) dual-circuit radiator block, Centaflex engine-pump coupling, and a full-opening hood with integrated service steps give the machine a service-oriented architecture. The operator cabin features a new interior with large-area glazing, integrated climate control, heated ergonomic seat with seatbelt, and audio preparation as standard.
All production variants are certified to TR TS 010/2011 for the Eurasian Customs Union.
