The curd bath is the main element of a traditional curd production line. It is usually used together with press trolleys and other equipment for cooling and pressing the finished curd. The curd bath is used in the dairy industry and is designed for heating normalised milk to the temperature of the introduction of starter, milk squashing in the process of formation, cooling of the curd clot (calle), to obtain curd from milk with subsequent separation of whey in the self-pressing bath.
