The design provides quick disassembly and assembly of the chopping mechanism, which creates additional convenience during maintenance. The feed mechanism ensures uniform passage of raw materials through the cutting block. This prevents fat clogging and heating of meat products. By using a second intake auger, the productivity has increased two and a half times.
