Stamping chains in assembly for stamping machines for caramel production (MSDR102422.380.00.000.), used in the machine type Zh7-SHMK. Stamping chain assembly is designed for forming caramel products with a variety of fillings.
The product consists of upper and lower forming chains and two side chains. The upper forming chain consists of one row of links located in the centre of caramel forming and two rows of brackets located on both sides of the links.
Spring-loaded pushers are mounted in each link assembly. The lower forming chain consists of one row of links, flanked by spacer bushings.
The parts of the caramel forming unit are connected by axles.
The pushers of the caramel forming unit move towards each other on the pads of the links. During operation, the links of the lower forming chain are located respectively under the links of the upper forming chain and form a closed circuit within which the pushers move.
