Pilotage combined standby instrument PPKR-SVS is designed for measurement and indication of barometric altitude, vertical speed, instrument speed and M number with compensation of aerodynamic errors of air pressure receivers as a function of M number, as well as for outputting electrical signals in code to the interacting equipment.
The instrument takes into account aerodynamic corrections and laws of formation of maximum instrument speed and maximum vertical descent speed for 32 aircraft types.
The accuracy of the height measurement fulfils the requirements of the MVS-300 and RVSM.
