TOS have one design, differ in dimensions (length, height, width), differences in the type of belt (track, scraper), the length of the receiving branch and the height of discharge. TOCs are designed to move waste material from the working area of machines to an area where it can be processed, disposed of or recycled. TOC includes a receiving section, a diverting section, hermetically connected to each other, forming a single container, into which the chain mechanism with tracks, conveyor belt and drive mechanism are driven.
The receiving part has an aperture into which the chips are dumped on the conveyor belt, this part of the TOC is a tank for coolant and is separated from the tank, located in the withdrawal section, by a partition with a mesh, which is a coarse filter. The coolant bath has a sump with a lid. On the side wall of the bath there are two coolant level indicators and a plug for draining the liquid.
Movement of the chain is carried out from a gearmotor, the output shaft of which is the driving shaft of the conveyor.
