Principle of operation
The main working element of the installation for cooling milk is a tubular drum. Bags with curd clot are loaded into it. As the drum rotates, the clots are compressed - the product is pressed. At the same time, cooling is also provided. This is due to the ice water circulating in the tube circuit. The water temperature fluctuates within 1-2°C.
During pressing, the whey is separated from the curd. The whey is collected in a basin at the bottom of the machine. The bottom of the tub has a slope leading to a drain. The drain is equipped with a socket connection.
