The MBA 1000A 45 is an aluminum busduct straight section manufactured by ООО НПЦ Металлург under the METAENERGY brand, a Russian electrical equipment producer operating since 2006. This 1000 mm module without tap-offs is designed for power transmission and distribution in industrial plants, commercial buildings, and infrastructure facilities.
It carries a rated current of 1000 A at a rated voltage of 1000 V (50 Hz) in a four-conductor configuration — three phases plus neutral, with the housing acting as PE. The enclosure meets IP 55 protection, defending against dust and directed water jets in workshop environments.
Conductors are aluminum with a cross-section of 5×105 mm², insulated with a double layer of halogen-free mylar that offers high fire resistance and is safe for occupied indoor spaces. The ribbed hermetic aluminum housing eliminates air gaps between conductors to maximize heat dissipation, while full-length riveted joints maintain structural integrity under vibration without loosening over time.
