Block of element-by-element battery control AKB12/485 (hereinafter - controller) is designed to collect and process information on voltage, temperature of individual batteries (AB), as well as charge/discharge current of AB batteries connected in a group (groups) by means of auxiliary modules MKA4+, placed in a chain in series. Collection is performed via two two-wire communication lines with galvanic isolation on the side of MKA4+ by the initiative of AKB12/485.
The controller is equipped with a web-interface for setting all necessary parameters of operation, as well as monitoring their current state. Information processing consists in its analysis, detection of deviations, calculation of total group voltages, charge/discharge currents and transmission of the received data via RS485 or Ethernet interfaces according to ModBus RTU, ModBus TCP, ModBus RTU encapsulated in TCP, HTTP (web interface), SNMP protocols.
